New Mexico State University has suspended guard K.C. Ross-Miller after setting off a brawl following the game between the Aggies and Utah Valley.
The guard threw a ball at Utah Valley’s Holton Hunsaker as the clock expired in his team’s overtime loss to the Wolverines. Students from Utah Valley began to storm the court, and chaos ensued. Punches were thrown by players and fans alike.
Expect this lil situation to set off a conversation on students storming the court. It has rarely been an issue. But it is one of the most volatile situations as you have heavy hearts of losing teams, and the euphoria of students. And that mix ain’t always the best.
