According to numerous media sources throughout the league and Los Angeles, Lakers owner Jerry Buss has passed away at the age of 80. Buss had been battling cancer recently, and had not made it to any of his team’s games this season. It had been reported that numerous Lakers greats, past and present, had been visiting Buss during his most recent stint in the hospital.
